Yes, paragliding is very safe when conducted with certified professionals and proper equipment. All our pilots are DGCA certified, and we use top-grade safety equipment. We follow strict safety protocols and conduct thorough weather assessments before every flight.

The minimum age for tandem paragliding is 12 years old. Children between 12-18 years need parental consent. There's no upper age limit - as long as you're physically fit and have no medical conditions that could affect the flight, you're welcome to fly!

The weight limit for tandem paragliding is between 30kg to 110kg. This ensures optimal safety and flight performance. If you're outside this range, please contact us - we may be able to accommodate special cases.

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled flight for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours but before 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the flight. Weather-related cancellations by us are fully refundable.

Paragliding is weather-dependent and cannot be done in rain or strong winds. If weather conditions are unfavorable on your booked date, we'll reschedule your flight to the next available date at no extra cost. Your safety is our priority.

Wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes (no sandals or flip-flops). Layers are recommended as it can be cooler at higher altitudes. Sunglasses and sunscreen are also recommended. We provide all necessary safety equipment including helmets and harnesses.
